WHEREAS, the exiating, wooden bridge traversing the
Indian River at Vero beach, Florida, was originally constructed by
a Special Wing District of Indian River County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the contract with Cleary Brothers Construction
Company and the State Road Department of the State of Florioa for
the erection of a now conercto bridge replacing this old wooden
structure provides for the removal or the existirv, wo,,d,n atruo-
tur"; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commisaioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that. this Board does herewith
request the State Road Department of the State of Florida to
deliver all of such salvaged material from said existing wooden
bridge to Indian River County, Florida, at the Eaut bridge -head
or said existing bridge.
