WITHEAS, by Ronolution heretofore adopted by the City
Council of the City of Vero Beach, as to all of the Parcels of
property hereinafter described, the Board of County ComiAtasioners
of Indian River County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 22079, Laws of Florida, did dedicate to public use and
purposes by the City of Vero BoRch, Florida, all of the parcels
of property hereinafter described; and,
WTIEREAS, the City of Vero Reach, Florida, has delivered
to this Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, a duly certified copy of Rosolution adopted by the City
Council of said City, reciting that said City has no present or
prospective use for public purposes of the parcels of property
hereinafter described, and releasing all claim of said City
thereto and requesting and anthorIzIi*,, that this Board revoke its
dedication of said parcels of property herewith described for
public use and purposes, and to thereupon handle and dispose
thereof as provided by said Chapter 22079; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida, does hereby revoke its dedication
for public use and purposes of the parcels of property herein-
after described, and does herewith instruct the Clerk of this
Board and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
Florida, to cauno his records to show accordingly, and to cause
said parcels of property to be made available for sale as provided
by said Chapter 22079 of the Laws of Florida, and to forward a
certified copy of this Resolution to the Tax Assessor of Indian
River County, and to tho Tax Assessor of the City of Vero Beach,
Florida.
BE IT PURTUPAI RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Circuit

BE IT FURTHER RESOUTM, that the parcels of nroporty,
the dedication of which is herewith and hereby revoked, are these
parcels of property situated In Vero Beach Estates, a subdivision
In Indian River County, Florida, an per recorded Plat thereof,
and as soecifical.17 described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 25, Block 3, Vero Beach Estates,
according, to Plat thereof recorded In the office Of
the Clark of the Circuit Court Of St, Lucie County,
Florida, in Plat Book 5, page 8, described as
follows,
From the Northwest corner of Lot 25, BlncI, 3, Vero
Beach Estates Subdivision, run East on North line
of said Lot 25 for a distance of 9.91 foot for
point of b Inning. Thence Southeast for a dis-
tance of IZI-93 feet to the South line of said Lot
25; thence run East for a distance of 11.58 feet
to the Southeast corner of Lot 25; thence run North
along East boundary line of Lot 25 for a distance
of 32.21 feet; thence run Northwest a distance of
111.58 feet to the North boundary line of Lot 25;
thence run West on said line a distance of 20.21
feet to point of beginning.

WHERF.AS, pursuant to Chapter 22079,Lawe of Florida, the
City of Vero Beach, by its Ronolution, did request the Board of
County Conunissioners of Indian River County, Florida, to dedicate
the following described property and other lands situated in the
City of Vero Beach, Indian Rivor County, Florida, as follows,
to -wit ?
That portion of Lot 25, Block 3, Vero Beach Estates,
according to Plat theroof recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Plorida, in Flat Boole 5, nage 3, described as
follows?
From the Northwest corner of Lot 25, Block 3, Vero
Beach Estates Subdivision, run East on North lino
of said Lot 25 for a distance of 9.91 foot for
point of beginning. Thonce Southeast for a distance
of 1411..93 feet to the South lino of said Lot 25;
thonce run mast for a distanco of 11.58 foot to the
Southeast cornor of Lot 25; thoneo run North along
Past boundary line of Trot 25 for a distance of 32.21
foot; them® run Northwest a distance of 111.513 foot
to the North boundary line of Lot 25; thence run

lution, dedicate tho above described proporty for such usesand
purposes by the City of Vero Beach, Plorida; and,
VAIE;REAS, the City of Vero Beach, Florida, having no
present nor prospective need or use for the above described pro -
party for public uses and purposes and dostring to evidence such
fact and to reloaso its intorent in said property under such
dedication to the end that said above described property may be
solei or othertivSso disposed of by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian Ri.vor County, Florida, as if said dedication had not
been made; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Vero
Beach, Florida, that its Resolution hereinbefore mentioned insofar
as the stone rofers to tho property hereinbefore described, be and
the sar,ie is herewith rovoked, provided, howevor, said Resolution
shall remain in full force and effect as to all of}zor pronorty
described thoroin.
