BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Corwitasioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that said Board does herewith inde-
q
�ipondently regulate thehours of sale of alcoholic beverages within
the territory of Indian River County, Florida, not included within
any municipality, as follows, to -wit:
1. No alcoholic beverages, that is, all beverages con-
taining more than One per cent (1%) of alcohol by weight, may be
sold, consm,ed or served or permitted to be served or consumed in
any place holding a license under the State Beverage Department of
Florida between the hours of 1:00 o'clock A.M. and 7:00 o'clock
A.M. of each week day; provided, however, that no such alcoholic
beverages may be field, consumed or served or pennitted to be served
or consumed in ally place holding a license under the State Beverage
Department of Florida between the hours of 12:00 O'clock. Midnight
Sunday and 7:00 o'clock A.M. of the Monday following.
2. No alcoholic beverages, that in, all. beverages con-
taining more than One per cent (1%) of alcohol by weight, may be

Florida�between the hours of 1:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 o'clock
P.M. on Sunday during the months of January, February, March and
April of each year.
3. No alcoholic beverages, that Is, all beverages con-
taining more than One per cent (1%) of alcohol by weight, may be
sold, consumed or served or permitted to be served or consumed In
any place holding a license under the State Beverage Department of
�Plorida between the hours of 1:00 o'clock A.M. on Sunday and 7:00
o'clock A.M. on the Monday following during the months of May,

June, July, August, September, October, November and December of
Ft 'each year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become
effective December 8, 1952, at 12:01 o'clock A.M.
