11BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Cormissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find
and determine as follower

Board on the let day of September, 1953, at a meeting of. cRJA
Board requesting this Board to adopt a resolution closing, vacating,
and abolishing the public roads, streets or highways designated as

canal or ditoh and road or road rights of way and renouncing and
!relinquishing the rights of Indian River County, Florida, and the
!public in and to all of said rights of way designated on the fol-
lowing plats, situated in Indian River County, Plorida, described

2. That said petition was duly considered by said
Board and was spread upon the minutes of said meeting of this
Board.
3. That this Board has published notice thereof one
time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general air-
loulation in Indian River County, Florida, said publication being
published at least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for
such public hearing, as will more fully appear by proof of pub-
111cation thereof filed at this meeting.
4. That said above described road rights of way and
public ways are not a State or Federal road maintained by the
State of Florida and that said roads and rights of way delineated
I`Ion said recorded plats are not located within the incorporated
l limits of any municipality and are located in Indian River County,

Florida.
5. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the
Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in
the office of said Board in the Indian River County Courthouse,
Vero Beach, Florida, on October 6, 1953, at 10:00 01clonk A.M., the
time stated in said public notice.
6. That this Board does herewith close, vacate and
abandon any public or private street, road, alley -way or other
place used for travel and all portions thereof and does herewith
renounce and disclaim any right of Indian River County, Florida,
and the public in and to all of the rights of ways hereinbefore
described.
