Holland and the Honorable George Smathers, United States Senators, and the Honorable Dwight L. Rogers, Member of Congress, to use their best E .efforts and the facilities of their offices to secure the services; of the Maritime Administration to make an economic survey or study of the Port of Fort Pierce at the earliest possible date. Representatives of` the Maritime Administration have conferred with membera of the Board of Cwmisuioners of the Fort Pierce Port Authority and have reached mutual agreement as to desired action. Opecifica.11y, the Maritime Administration will conduct an investigation of limited scope Intended to determine the advisability of further study, by the Port Authority, to develop the flow of commerce throup-h Fort Pierce Harbor.
