sioners of Indian River County, Florida, to adopt regulations pre-�
scribing building setback lines from any road, street or highway

existing and proposed; Now, therefore,
BES ST RESOLUD by the Board of County Commissioners of

;i Indian River County, Plorida, that pursuant to the authority of

said law, said Board does herewith adopt said building setback
line as follows, to -wit: c
1. on State Road 5 (U. S. I[1l;hway No. l} from the
intersection of said road wit.,h the South line of Section 28, Town-'
ship 31 South, Range 39 East, to a point on said road in Section
''. 8, Township 31 South, Range 39 Last, which is 177.33 feet North- i
Orly from the South boundary of said Bection 8, all in Indian
River County, Florida, no building or structure shall be erected
or maintained and no building permit shall issue for the con-
struotion of any building or improvement within the lines and
limits of the proposed right of way as set forth and contained in
the right of way map of the State Road Department of Florl(b ,
State Road r, Section 8801, on file with the Clork of this Board,
said right of way line and the building setback line herewith
established being a line parallel to and 78 feet Easterly from
the present existing center lice of said road and said line being
parallel to and lt2 feet Westerly from the present existing center
line of said road.
