of Indian lijver 1,oullty, Florida, that the rate of tliXiltiOn
necessary to meet the expenditures of tile hoard of County (;(jlllmis-
sioners of Indian River County, Florida, for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 1956, pursuant to tile budget of suitt board
as heretofore published and approved, Is as hereinafter levied
and that the tax rate as hereinafter shown and set forth be and
it is hereby leviod on all taxable property in Indian River County,
Florida, for the year 1955 with tile rate hereinafter set out,
to -wit:
1. In order to meet the estimated expenses Of the
General Fundt it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate
of Five and Nine -tenths (,,).g) mills upon the dollar he levied and
hereby imposed.
2, In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Goad
and Bridge Fond, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax
rate of One (1) mill upon the dollar be levied and is hereby im-
posed,
3. in order to meet tile estimated expenses Of tile Fine
and Forfeiture Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that U
tax rate of Two and Three -tenths (2.3) mills upon tile dollar be
levied and is hereby imposed,
4. In order to provide funds to the Indian ifiver 1;ounty
Public 11t,alth unit, it is determined and hereby declared that a
tax rate of Five -tenths (.N) mill upon the dollar he levied, assessed
and is hereby imposed upon all, the pruj)orty lying and 1101119 In the
County of Indian :aver, tile proceeds of v-'jti0J' 6'11011 collected shall
be paid to the state Treasurer of the `State of Florida for tile
account of the State 4:oard of Health of the stato of Florida to he
expended by said $tatv Hoard of Ilealth its provided by Chapter 154,
Florida Statates.
