Nlr R P S O L U T I a N
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does
herewith find and determine as follows:
1. That Prank J. Bennett has filed a petition before
this Board on September 6, 1955, at a meeting of said
Board requesting this Board to adopt a Resolution closing,
vacating and abandoning certain County Roads and relinquishing
and renouncing the rights of Indian River County, Florida,
or the public, in and to those certain roads lying and
being in Bougainlea Subdivision, according to plat book 1,
page 97, public records of Indian River County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
All that part of 11[th Street running in an Pa9t and
West direction lying between 43rd Avenue and 45th Avenue,
Bougainlea Subdivision, according to Plat Book 1, page 97,
public records of Indian River County, Florida.
All that part of 15th Street running in an Past and West
direction lying between 43rd Avenue and 45th Avenue,
Bougainlea Subdivision, according to Plat Book 1, page 97,
public records of Indian River County, Florida.
All that part of )Ell.th Avenue running in a North and South
direction between 16th Street and 14th Street, Bougainlea
Subdivision, according to Plat Book 1, page 97, public
records of Indian River County, Florida.
All that part of 4.5th Avenue, running in a North and South
direction lying between 16th Street and lllth Street,
Bougainlea Subdivision, according to Plat Book 1, page 97,
public records of Indian River County, Florida.

That this Board has published notice thereof one time
in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general
circulation in Indian River County, Florida, said notice
being published at least two weeks prior to the date stated
therein for such public hearing.
