praying for a conveyan � her of the. property hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered
the same and it appears to the satisfaction of said Board that the property
I hereinafter described was in fact occupied by Virginia Wigfleld as her home-
stead and all taxes thereon duly assessed were regularly paid excepting only
the two Tax Sales Certificates referred to in said Petition, which we're
assessed to Annie B. Beach without the knowledge oftheir non-payment by
either Annie B. Beach or Virginia Wigfield and that a failure to approve said

Petition would work a severe hardship upon the Petitioner; and,

WHEREAS, this Board has determined that all of the taxes have
been assessed, levied and paid against said property except as to said two
Tax Sales Certificates and that the amount necessary to tedeetn said certift.

�- and that the price for the sale of said lands heretofore fixed by Resolution of
this Board is $75.00; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian,
River County, Florida, that the Petition of Annie B. Beach for the conveyance
to her of the following described lands, situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
An undivided one-half interest in and to the following,
Beginning at the centre post of Section 15, Township
32 South, Range 39 East, thence Last 8 chains and 75
links, thence North 9 chains and 28 links to a port,
thence North 6 chains and 32 links to a post, thence
West 16 degrees North 9 chains and 80 links to a
post, thence South 6 chains and 47 links to a post,
thence East 16 degrees South to a post,, thence East
6 chains to post at Southeast corner of said property,
containing 10 acres, more or less;
at and for a total purchase of $'75.00 is herewith approved; and,
BE IT FUR'T'HER RESOLVI i3 that Indian Rivet County, Florida,
acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, having received
said sum of $75.00 in cash, shall convey to Annie B. Beach the lands above
described and a proper deed of conveyance thereof is herewith authorized and
= directed.
