WHEREAS, the Statutes of Florida provide that the tax assess-
ment rolls of the County shall, on or before the first Monday in July of each
year, be submitted by the Assessor to the Board of County Commissioner@
for the purpose of hearing complaints and receiving testimony as to the value
of any property as fixed by the County Assessor and of perfecting, reviewing
and equalizing the assessment: and,
WHEREAS, by virtue of the many changes In ownership of real
property during the past year and of the many changes in values of real prop-
erty in this County during the past year, the Assessor has requested an ex-

tension of time for the filing of said tax assessment roll; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith extend the thric
