BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find
and determine as follows:
1. That William L. Bidlingmayor and Moffie S. Bidling-
mayer, his wife, filed a Petition before this Board on the 4th
day of 'December, 1956, at a meeting of said Board, requesting
this Board to adopt a Resolution closing, vacating and abandoning
the road or street and renouncing and relinquishing the rights of
Indian River County, Florida, or the public, in and to all that
part of a certain road situated in Indian River County, Florida,
described as follows:
All that part of that certain road described
in Deed Book 91, page 493, in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River
County, Florida, that lies South of the South
line of the North 10 acres of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter in Section 31,
Township 33 South, Range 1�0 East, and ALSO,
All that portion of said above described road
over, on and across the North 8 chains of the
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 40 Fast.
P. That this Board has published Notice thereof one time
in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circula-
tion in Indian River County, Florida, said publication being pub-
lished at least two weoka prior to the date stated therein for
such public hearing.
3. That the part of said road above described is not a
State or Federal road maintained by the State of Florida and that
said street, road or hiphway delineated on any recorded map or
plat is not located within the incorporated limits of any minici-
pality and is located in Indian River County, Florida.
14. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the
Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in
the office of said Board in the Indian River County Courthouse,
Vero Beach, Florida, on January ,3, 1957, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.;
