BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find and determine as
follows:
1. That W. J. Roschach, Elwood Maloney, Clarence Smith and
Tropicolony, Inc., filed a Petition before this Poard on the Sth day of
February, 1957, at a meeting of said Board, requesting this Board to adopt
a Resolution closing, vacating and abandoning; all that part of the following
described property, to -wit:
The West end of 19th Street from 47th Avenue to 48th
Avenue, as the same is set forth and established by
Plats numbered 2 and 3 of Tropicolony in Indian River
County, Florida.
2. That this Board has published Notice thereof one time in the
Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation In Indian River
County, Florida, said publication being published at least two weeks prior to
the date stated therein for such public hearing.
3. That part of said above described property delineated upon said
recorded map or plats above described is not a State or Federal road main-
tained by the State of. Florida and that said street, road or highway delineated
on said recorded map or plats is not located within the incorporated limits of
any municipality and is located in Indian River County, Florida.
4. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian [liver County, Florkla, in the office of said
Board in the Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on March
5, 1957, at 10:00 o'clock A. M.; and,
BE' IT FURTHER RLSOLVED that this Board does herewith close,
vacate and abandon any public or private street, road, alleyway or other
place used for travel and all portions thereof and does herewith renounce and
disclaim any right of Indian River County, Florida, and the puhlic in and to
all land delineated as a street, road or highway as to that part of said prop-
erty above described.
