WHEREAS, the Indian River Farm!: Drainage District is the owner j
of the property hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said District that said tract be held,
owned and used by this District and by Indian River County, Florida, in
order to provide an area for fill for public use within said District; Now,
It therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the Indian River
Farms Drainage District that the President and Secretary are herewith
authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver a deed of conveyance
of an undivided one-half interest in and to the following described land,

situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
Tract 3 in Section 34, Township 33 .South, Range 3A Bast,
according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian
River Farms Company, filed in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat
Book 2, page 25;
and said officers are authorized and directed to make said deed subject to i
all of the usual ter►ns and conditions of conveyances of said lands in said
section by this District in the forni and manner as set forth and contained in
the deed submitted herewith and hereby approved, without consideration

other than the fact that said lands shall be jointly held by said County and
this District for the purposes recited above.

COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER
I, Wiley F. Cox, as Secretary of the Indian River Farms
Drainage District, certify the foregoing to be a true copy
of Resolution duly adopted by said District at a meeting held
on the 14th day of March, 1957.
