THIS DEED, Made this &4t day of 1958, by INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY. FLORIDA, party of the first part, and CITY OF VERO
BEACH, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, Vero
Beach, Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar (§1.00) to it in hand paid by the party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to j
the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, the follow -
Ing described land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: I
A right of way for a public street over, on and across the
South 60 feet of the North 75 feet of the Nest 30 acres of the
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 2,
Township 33 South, Range 39 East.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County Commis-
sioners, acting by the Chairman or Vice Chairman of said Board.
