That Roy L. Keen and Hilda M. Keen, his wife, have reques-! I � ted this Board to adopt a resolution, closing, vacating and abandoning and renouncing and relinquishing the rights of Indian [liver County, Florida, or ` the public in and to the following described easement over a parcel of land, r' located in Indian River County, Florida, described as follows: I � A five foot easement along the rear of Lots 1, 2 and the North 20ft.of Lot 3 of Block 1 of Rosedale Gardens Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 10, public records of Indian River County, Florida, for the location of sewers, poles, water pipes, drains, telephone and -electric cables or ducts. 2. That the said casement on the above described land Is not now i and has never been used as a public easement and is not located within the Incorporated limits of any municipality and is located in Indian River County, I , Florida.
