WHEREAS, the following -described property:
East 10 acres of Tract 10 and the South 5 acres of West 10 acres
of Tract 10, Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian
River Farms Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 25, said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida,
is presently owned by the State of Florida acting by and through the Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners acting by and for the
County of Indian River, State of Florida, desires that the above-described
property be dedicated by the State of Florida for public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to administer
the regulation and use of said land for public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the following State tax certificates by number and date
of sale are herewith set forth:
Certificate No. 550 ---------------------July 5, 1926
Certificate No. 4669-------------------- September 4, 1933
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE, D by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,
That the following -described property:
East 10 acres of Tract 10 and the South 5 acres of West 10 acres
of Tract 10, Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian
River Farms Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 25, said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida,
is hereby requested to be dedicated for public purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
That the intended public use for said land is for fishing, hunting, and
recreational purposes.
