WHEREAS, the Honorable W. C. Graves, Jr., has elected to
retire from public service after serving for twenty (20) years as a member of
o
the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, the said W. C. Craves, Jr., has faithfully and honorably

served the people of Indian River County, Florida, for a longer period of
time than any other person has ever held that office, and,
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that public; recognition be given
to him for his faithful and untiring service above and beyond the normal
duties required of that office; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, both in their official capacity as representative of
the people of Indian River County and personally and individually that this
Board does herewith express the thanks, gratitude and appreciation of the
Board and the: individual members thereof for tine record of service to the
people of this County as established by the Honorable W. C. Graves, Jr. , on
this, the occasion of his retirement from public office; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy hereof shall be
furnished to the Honorable W. C. Graves, Jr., and to the press and radio,
