That this Board has heretofore deternitned upon its own motion by resolution duly adopted to vacate, abandon, discontinue, close and renounce and disclaim any right of said County and the public in and to any land in connection with certain public roads and parts thereof described as follows; SMITH, DIAMOND & HEATH, A'fTORN€YS At LAW, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA A.
