BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida:
l, That the Resolution i bazetufnze adopted by this Board known as
the Southern Golf Utilities Water and Sewer Franchise is herewith amended
pursuant to the provisions thereof in order that the territory in which that
franchise is applicable as described in said Resolution shall have excluded
therefrom all that part thereof which liem-�ootb of the East-West centerline
of Sections 25 and 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, and South of the
East-West centerline in Sections 29 and 30' Township 33 South, Range 40 East,
except, However, the following parts thereof, which shall remain in the
franchise to said Southern Golf Utilities, Inc., to -wit:
The Southwest quarter of Section 25, and the
Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 33
South, Range 39 East, all in Indian Diver
County, Florida.
