40 WHEREAS, due notice by publication thereof has been given that
the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 2nd
40 day of August, 1960, for the purpose of hearing requests and complaints
from the public regarding a proposed budget showing anticipated receipts
and proposed expenditures of this Board for the fiscal year commencing
on the let day of October, 1960, and ending on the 30th day of September,

1961, as will appear by proof of publication of said notice recorded in
the minutes of this meeting; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said notice, this Board did coavene, conduct:
its public hearing and has heard all who desired to be heard on the mar ,Lerj
Now, therefore,
BE IT RL501WEU 11Y the Board of County Cmtmissionera of Indian
River County, Florida, that the public hearing on said budget be recessed
to reconvene at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th day of August,
1960.
