WIRUS, the board of Co.tnty Comissioners did receive &Aid a
examina and tentatively adopt a proposed budget of excess receipts
and their expenditures for the fiscal. year ending September 30, 1961;
and,
IMREAS, this Board did cause ca summary statement thereof
to be ,advertised one time in a newspaper of general circulation pub-
lished in laadian River County, Florida, to -wit: In the issue of
March 23, 1961 of the Vero Beach Press Journal its W..11 more fully
appear by proof of publication thereof filed in the minutes of this
L,ard; and
WHEREAS, this Board did meet at the time and places stated
in said adio rtisement Sor the purpose of hearing requests and complaints
of the public regarding said Supplemental Budget and for the purpose
of holding a public hearing and making whatever revisions in the Budget
it may deciaa necessary; Now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Co=aisasioners
of Indian River County, Florida does herewith tentatively adopt said
Supplemental Budliet for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1961 in
the form herLtofore tentatively adopted and duly advertised.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Supplemental Budget shall
be filed in the office of the County Auditor as apublic record and
the Clerk, hereof shall transmit two copies of the Supplemental Budget
as adopted to the Comptroller of the State of Florida and said
Supplemental budget shall be considered as finally adopted and official,
upon approval as to form by the Comptroller.

WHEREAS, this Board did meet at the time and place stated
in said advertisement for the purpose of hearing requests and complaints

of holding a public haaring mid making whatever revisions in the budget
it may deem necessary; Now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commisraioners
of Indian River County, Florida does herewith tentatively adopt amid
Supplemental Budgot for the fiscal year ending Septefriber 30, 1961 in
the form hei-c-t-•fore tentatively adopted and duly advertised.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Supplemental Budget shall
be filed in the office of the County Auditor as a public record and
the Clerk hereof shall transmit two copies of the Supplemental MW4;ct
as adopted to the Comptroller of the State of Florida and said
Supplemental Budget shall be considered as finally adopted and official
upon approval as to form by the Comptroller.
