WHEREAS, Ben Walker has appeared before this Board requesting
a right of way for property owned by him lying West of the Florida East Coast
Railway right of way on what would be an extension of Kingsbury Road East
across the railway to present U. S. 1, including a private crossing; Now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith endorse and
approve said request and urges the railway to grant to Ben Walker and the
I other affected property owners a private railway crossing for such purpose.
