Upon Motion by Commissioner Waddoll, seconded by
a, Commissioner McCullers, and unanimously carried, the following
resolution was adopted%
R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
• BE IT RESOLVED by the Hoard of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida, that the Indian River Citrus
Hunk., Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, is hereby
authorized and directed to stop payment on Indian River County
Warrant #921.6, dated September 5, 1961, in the amount of $109.00
to Fort Pierce Chemical Company, P. 0. Box 745, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Board shall issue warrant
in replacement of same.
