RE SOLUT 1 ON 4)
BE IT RESOLVED, that Indian River County hereby grants
permanent easement to the Sebastian River Drainage District and its
Board of Supervisors to construct a canal, known as Lateral "C" canal
0 on the Plan of Reclaimation of the Sebastian River Drainage District,
u
accross the right-of-way of the West Wabasso Road in Township 31 South,
Range 38 East, and to have and to hold the right forever, to recon-
struct, alter and maintain said Lateral "C" canal for the use of the
Sebastian River Drainage District.
