He was advised that he would have to gat approval from the power company who is using the "as- ment before any action can be taken by the Board. Mr. F. M. Loughlin, State Auditor, appeared before the Board and suggested that several outstanding county warrants be cancelled and the monies returned to their respective funds. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was adopted authorizing same. R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Indian River Citrus Bank and the Florida National Bank, Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed to stop payment on the following list of County warrants: Indian River Citrus Bank General Fund #5918 Dated 4-7-59 $14.00 The Letter Shop - Printing #6130 Dated 6-2-59 5.00 Community Food Store - Welfare Groceries Fine 6 Forfeiture Fund: #4375 Dated 7-2-57 $ 1.30 Ester Norman - Witness Fee #4376 Dated 7-2-57 1.30 Earlie B. Evans - Witness Fee Florida National Bank at Vero Beach Fine 6 Forfeiture Fund: #657 Dated 9-30-60 $4.00 J. Pasco Woods(Deceased) Sheriff's Fees BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amounts cancelled be returned to their respective Funds. Ed Schmucker, County Engineer, presented right-of-way report to the Board. The Chairman asked to be given until the next meeting to study the report in order to prepare them for discussion. John Charles Mitchell, Attorney, presented letters from adjacent property owners in favor of abamdosisg easement in vym Cove Subdivision. Upon Notion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner NeCmllers and unanimously carried, the following Resolution is adopted abandoning naso. .
