sions and improvements to the primary read system of the State
of Florida in Indian River County, Florida; NOW, TkRRKFM:

Indian River county, Florida, that this Board does herewith res-
pectfully request the State Road llepartment of the State of Florida
to include in its budget for primary roads for the fiscal year
1962-1963 the following projects in Indian River County. Florida,
1. The construction of an adequate two-lane highway
to be known as State Road A -1-A commencing at the
northern ons of present State Road A -1-A mat of the
Indian River in Indian River County and running north-
ward to the Sebastian Inlet and the construction of a
bridge over the Sebastian Inlet.
2. The reconstruction add iaprovmwent into a modern and
adequats two-lane highway of all of Rabasso Bridge Road or
State Road 510 from 3tate Road 5 to the Atlantic Ocean,
including a now bridge over the Indian River.
s. ,Is* construction of a new bridge on State Road 812
approximately One -halt mile east of the intersection of
State Road 510 and State Road $12 on a new aligbaent jugt
South of prrsant location and to permit 3,000 cubic feet
of water per second to flow under bridge. River to be a
flood plain for a 200 feet width under bridge.

Commissioner McCullers, and unanimously earrivd, that the Board adver-
tise approval of the re-aliVemost of the public bulkhead lines within
Indian River County, Florida, as fell@":
That the bulkhead line established on Jamary 21, 1958 shall
be changed for that section on the east shore of the Indian River and
immediately south of the Sebastian Inlet to be as follows:
From the point intersection of a line due east of the mesh&
of the St. Sebastian River and the centerline of the approach channel to
the Sebastian Inlet; run due east to the existing oast shoreline of the
Indian River as the Point of Beginning. Thence follow the shor#lise to
a concrete monument which is 1477' south of the intersection of Sections
20, 21, 28 and 29 in Township 30 South, Range 39 East. Thence eemtiuue
in a Southeasterly direction on a straight line to a point approximately
on the east shore of the Indian River which is 950' west of the intersec-
tion of Sections 33 and 34, Township 30 South, Range 39 East and Sections
3 and 4, Township 31 South, Range 39 bast.
and that the statutory public hearing is sat for 11:00 o'clock, A. M.,
April 10, 1962.
Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, Seconded by Commis-
sioner Waddell, that the following deputy Sheriff's bond and appointment
be approved.
Sterling A. Wood, Precinct 2-A, with St. Paul Fire and Marine
Insurance Company, in the amount of $1,000.00.
The County Engineer said he had a shortage in several items
in his budget and would tike to transfer funds. Upon Motion made by
Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously
carried, the following Resolution was adopted.
