$2,000.00 from the Lakewood Terrace escrow account. Motion was made by
Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously
carried, that the request be granted.
At the request of Al Webber, Motion was made by Commissioner
Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner 'Waddell and unanimously carried,
that the following Resolution be adopted.

R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Indian River Citrus Bank, Vero Beach,
Indian River County, Florida, is hereby authorized and directed to stop
payment on Indian River County Warrant No. 1026, Payroll Acct. No. 98-
03-344, said warrant being in the amount of $23.50 to Clifford M. Gaffney,
Ft. Pierce, Florida, and dated April 30, 1962 and having been subsequently
lost.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
does hereby instruct the Clerk of the Board to issue a warrant for the
same amount in replacement of said warrant which is lost.

Al Webber, requested the following Item to Item transfers. Upon
Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell
and unanimously carried,.the following Item to Item transfers are hereby
authorized:

A letter from Forrest N. McCullars, Agricultural Agent, request-
ing permission to take 3 out of town trips (to Ft. Pierce on Sept. 5 an¢ 6
and to Tampa on September 14 and 15, 1962) was submitted to the Board.
Motion was made by. Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCul-
lars and unanimously carried, that the requests be granted.
