VITNSSa.:TH, that the building contract between the Con-
tractor and the Owner dated October 1, 1962, bu and it is herewith
and hereby changed as follows:
1. The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and
perform all of the work shown on the drawing entitlud 'Compaction
Layout For Vibroflotation" and described in specifications con-
tained in a letter dated October 11, 1962, from Vibroflotation
Foundation Company, 415 West Magnolia 6treet, Lerritt Island,
Florida, to Nelson A. Faerber, Naples, Florida, one copy of such
drawing and one copy of such letter being attached hereto and made
a part hereof; shall pay up to $200.00 for ten (10) relative den-
sity tests above the water table after completion of the foregoing
work; and shall establish a new finish grade and a re -layout of
the building to be erected.
2. The time for completion of the work called for by said
building contract dated October 1, 1862, as changed by this sup-
plemental. building contract, shall be extended to April 16, 1883.
3. The contract -price of $121,060.00, as out forth in said
building contract dated October 1, 1962, shall be increased by
$6.716.70 to $116,776.70.
