WHEREAS, the relocating of Florida State Road No. 5
between the north city limits_ of Vero Beach and the community,
of Wabasso, in Indian River County, Florida, has been completed
so that Florida State Road No. 5 is now being used, and
WHEREAS, former Florida State Road No. 5 between the'
north city llaites of Vero Beach and the community of Wabasso,
in Indian River County, Florida, will become a county road
upon the final completion and acceptabee of new Florida State
Road No. 5 in its new location, and
WHEREAS, former Florida State Road No. 5 will continue
to be an important road in the network of roads in Indian River
County, Florida,'NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Florida State Road
Department is respectfully requested to designate the road
formerly known as Florida State Road No. 5 between the north
city limits -of Vero Beach and the community of Wabasso, in
Indian River County, Florida, as a secondary road and to
include that road in all phases of its secondary road program.
