RE80j.DT10N• WHEREAS, the County Engineer of Indian River County, Florida, has advised the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that it is necessary for said Board to acquire a source of. supply of marl is order that said County's Road and Bridge Depart- ment will have an adequate supply of marl for its use, and, WHEREAS, E. M. Hemanes and Frances Hemanes, his wife, have offered tb sell to Indian River County real property in •Indian River County, Florida, described as: The South 348.45 feet of the Nof'th 896.90 feet of the West 500 feet of the East 828.90 feet of Tract 3, Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, accord- ing to last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and re- corded therein in Plat Book 2, page 25. Together with right of ingress, egress and regress on, over and across the West 25 feet of the East 828.90 feet of the North 548.45 feet of said Tract, Section, Township and Range, according to said plat. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Indian River County until all marl located on said land has been excavated and removed therefrom, for the sum of $4,000.00, and, WHEREAS, said Board finds and is of the opinion that the acquisi- tion of said real property is necessary for the continued operation of said County's Road and Bridge Department and that the sum of $4,000.00 is a fair price for such real property, NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that Indian River County, a political subdi- vision of the State of Florida, do purchase from E. M. Hemanes and Frances Hemanes, his wife, the -real property in Indian River County, Florida, described as: The South 348.45 feet of the North 896.90 feet of the West 500 feet of the East 828.90 feet of Tract 3, Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, accord- ing to last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and recorded therein in Plat Book 2, page 25. Together with right of ingress, egress and regress on, over and across the West 25 feet of the East 828.90 feet of the North 548.45 feet of said Tract, Section, Township and Range, according to said plat. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Indian River County until all maxi located on said land has been excavated and removed therefrom, for the sum of $4,000.00.
