WHEREAS, the City of Fellsmere did on March ,8, 1963 adopt a Resolution
relative to the widening of North Road (State Road #507) and the extension of State
Road #507 to State Road 0512, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fellsmore is desirous for the completion of said
project as soon as practicable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council duly assembled of the City of Fellsmere:
1. Resolves that the Resolution dated March S, 1963 is hereby re-onacted.
2. Be it further resolved that the City of Fellsmere respectfully requests
that the extension of State Road #507 from the North City Limits of the City of
Fellsmere to State Road #512 be extended via Broadway, utilizing the existing one
hundred foot (1001) right of way of Broadway.
3. Be it further resolved that the City of Fellsmere respectfully requests
the Board of Count/ Commissioners and State Road Department, in the extension of
State Road 507 to State Road 512, that Broadway, the main street through the City of
Fellsmere, be reconstructed and that both sides of said street, to -wit: Broadway,
be widened in the manner that meets the approval of the State Road Department.
The City of Fellsmore further states to the Board of County Commissioners
and the State Road Department that all of the necessary rights of ways have been
secured for said reconstruction and widening of said street, to -twit: Broadway.
4. Be it resolved that the City of Fellsmere desires to assist in any way
possible for the carrying out of the intents and purposes of this Resolution.
