Motion was made, by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by
Commissioner. McCuilers and unanimously carried, that payment to election
officials is authorized.
The County Agent requested authorization to have plywood doors
put on shelves iia his office ata cost of approximately $45.00.Motion was
made by Commissioner McCullers and seconded by Commissioner Waddell and
unanimously carried, that the request be granted.
A letter was received from the Department of Veterans' Affairs
regarding the Annual Statewide Service Officers' School and Conference
in Daytona on May b through 11, 1963. Motion was made by Commissioner .
McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried,
that the, County Service Officer is authorized to attend.
A letter from the Zack Comp=any zeque>sting eaitention of 15 bays
for installing kitchen and laundry equipment in the new jail, was pre-
sented to the hoard by the Deputy Clerk. Motion was made by Commissioner
Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, that
the, request be granted.
The several bills and accounts against the County having been
audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and warrants
issued in settlement of came as follows: Ce;nerral. Revenue Fund, Warrant
Nos, 7.72.4 to 1751, both inclusive, Road and Bridge Fund, Warrant Nos.
1078 to 1092, both inclusive, and Fine and forfeiture Fund, Warrant Nos.
112 and 14:3. Such bills and accounts being on file, in the Office of
the Clerks of the C:irc.uit, Court, Lhe W..rreants so issued frown ihf, respective
funds l)ting listed in the Supplttweutai Minute book as provided by the
rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so
recorded being made a part of these minutes.
The County Depositories filed their monthly statement, showing
receipts and disbursements of the: various funds, which have beau audited
and found to be correct.
There: being no further business, on motion made, seconded and
carried; the Board then adjouroed.'
