Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that the Board recommend to the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund that they release the North 4 feet of the South 100 feet and also the ;lest 47 feet of the East 100 feet of Tract 3.6, Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 39 E=ast, Indian River Farm's Company's subdivision with regard to Murphy Act right of way. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and -unanimously carried, that $50.00 zoning fee be refunded to Robert Ouerden because the re -zoning; was instigated by the County and was refused by the Zoning Board because of so much oppositLon . Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commis- sioner Macdonald and unanimously curried, that Troy Moody, Tax Collector, is authorized to purchase it typewriter. Motion was mzide by Conurissioner Waddsll, seconded by Conmissioner flaffield and unanimously carried, that the State nmpioyment :`t.gency be allowed an exteation ou the States Welfare Office phone and the cost of installation and monthly costs be paid by the Stats; Hmploymcnt Agency. Motion was made by Commissioner McCullca.rs, seconded by Commis - stoner Macdonald and unaniaaously caarAed, that Forrest�McCullass be auth- ori7ed to make a trip to Fort Pierco and one to lake Placid. The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows Ceneral Revenue fund, Warrant Nos. 1543 to 1993, both inclusive, Roaad and Bridge Fund, Warrant Nos.11.51 to 1199, both inclusive, line and Forfeiture Fund, Warrant Nos. 158 to 161, both inclusive and Capital Outlay Fund, 'Warrant ;dos. 67 .and 68. Such bills and accounts being; on file in the Office of the Cleric of the Circuit Court,' the Warrant$ so issued from the respective .funds beini3 listed In the Sup- plemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of the State <''kuditor, refer- ence to such record and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes.
