The Board of County Comsaissioners of Indian River County. Florida,
met at the Caurthouse, Veru Beach, Florida, in a regular meeting held at
8;00 o'clock, A. M., May 22, 1963. I? members were present. Also pre-
sent were Ed Schmucker, County Engineer, John Sutherland, Attorney, .and
Al =.aid FrcdM Wright, Deputy Cldurks.

was made by Coauul.sslonar 11.4addell, seconded by Cpmmissioncr Naffield and
unanimously carried, that the following Resolution be. adopted.
