beginning including
all mangrove islands, spoil islands and submerged
lands in the
said area.
Suoject to the existing lease of the Florida
Audubon Society, for the
purpose of expanding the Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge
and for protecting
and perserving fish and wildlife in the area of the
above described lands.
