WULREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said

recommended changes and addition$ and did, pursuant thereto, hold a
public hearing in relation at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard;
NOW, UIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning
Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying
Map be changed an followas
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property, situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
All that part lying between the Went Shore of the
Indian River and 400' East of the centerline of
the proposed Indian River Blvd, and from a line
3301 North and parallel to the North log of the
old Winter Beach Bridge Road to a line parallel
and 4500 North of the South line of Government
Lot 2, in Section 3, Twp. 32S, Range 39E) a strip
of land approximately 6001 to Boo' wide and approxi-
mately 1/2 mile in length,
be changed from P.3 Transient District to M1 A Restricted Tndustrial
Districts the above described property lies in Section 3, Twp. 32S,
