WHEREAS, it appears from the Petition that there are no roaada or streets in actual existence within the above described property and that, therefore, the same are not being used by the: pubite and are not necessary for public use.; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Co+a><riissioners of Indian diver County, upon the Petition of the Central and Southern Florida Flood Control 'District, determines that it would be advisable to consider the vacating, abandoning, discontinuing and closiUg of said street and road rights -of -waxy as shown on the plat of pollsmere Farm Company's Subdivision of unsurveyed Township 31 South, Range :36 East, according to plat filed in Platt Book 2, page 9, St. Lucie County Records, as to that part of said PLdat that lies within rho above described property.
