WHEREAS, the State Road Department of Florida lint; indicated
that it is going to rebuild the WAbasso Bridge on State Road 0510
over the Intracoastal Waterway from the Center Island acroma the
Indian River over the Kant Channel of said river to the East shore
and make it into a high-level bridge in order to do away with the
draw span; and
WHERFAS, the sportsmen and fishermen in Indian River County
have for many years used the Wabasso Uridge as one of the prime
fishing areas in the *ounty; and
WHEREAS, with a high-level bridge It will be impossible to
fish off of said bridge over the East Channel of the Indian River;
and
