the said plat, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner has fully Coolplind with all
10('1al requirements for the vacation of thea plat of VERO SHORT S
UNIT TWO,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian Rivor County, Florida, that the
resolution of said Board approving the Plat of VRRO SHORES UNIT
TWO, recorded in Plat book 5, Page 79, Indian River county Public
Records, is hereby rescinded, and the certificate of approv,*1 of
said. Board of such Plat in hereby revoked, and
FURTHER RESOLVED that: the Plat Of VERO SHORES UNIT
TWO, recorded in Plat Book 5, page 79, Indian River County lluj)lic
Records, in hereby vacated and annulled; and
FURTHER RESOLVED that any right of the comity and tho
public in and to any land, waterway, or interest thernin,
quirod by the dedication of said plat for qtrvoto, alloys,
thoroughfares, parks, canals, utility and drainage
and boat channels, is hereby renounced and disclaimed.
