�! WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 10, Block 2, Sunnyside Park Sub-
division, according to plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, In Plat Book 1, page 7, in the
City of Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, have requested that the
State of Florida release the right of ways reserved by the State of Florida
pursuant to the provisions of the Murphy Act; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the State of Florida be herewith advised
that this Board has no objection to the release of all reservations held and
retained by the State of Florida pursuant to the provisions of the Murphy Act
as they pertain to the above described property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolu-
tion be furnished to the State Road Departnient.
