RESOLUTION NO. 89-75
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
EASEMENTS IN THE OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION
UNIT NO. 3 LOT 7 BLOCK G, PLAT BOOK 04,
PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY
WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
described below, and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
no public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian
River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Charles H. Mosley
his successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose
mailing address is 1450 17th Court S.W., Vero Beach, Florida
32962 Grantee, as followst
Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
title, and interest that it may have in the following
described easementsr
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commis-
sioner Bird , seconded by Commissioner
Scurlock and adopted on the 1st day of
August 1989, by the following vote:
