Re: Agreement for Professional Services
Dear Mr. Ferguson:
We are writing to inform you of exciting changes ahead at Donadio and Associates, Architects
P.A. We have reached an agreement to sell the firm's assets to Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. a
large architecture firm based out of New Jersey. Our location will remain the same, the same team
that you have worked with at Donadio and Associates, Architects P.A. will continue to work on
your project, and you will continue to receive the same quality of service you have come to expect
from us. In accordance with the terms of our contract, we kindly request your consent to the
assignment of the contract from Donadio and Associates, Architects P.A. to Spiezle Group.
