AUTHORITY FOR RESOLUTION, This resolution Is adopted pursuant to provisions of Ordinance No. 86-88 0£ the County (the "Ordinance"), Chapter 125, Florida Statutes (1988), as amended, and other applicable provisions of law. SECTION 2, It is hereby found and determined as follows that: A. By Resolution No. 87-142, the Board, inter alio, approved f �7 certain sanitary sewer improvements to be constructed by the County in the northern portion of the County (the "Project"). B. By Resolution No. 89.20, the Board approved and confirmed certain Special Assessments in Lieu of Impact Fees ("Special Assessments") against certain properties situate in certain unincorporated areas in the northern portion of the County to be serviced by the Project, O C. It is desirable to assess, approve and confirm certain ~ sulemental special assessments PP p ("Supplemental Special Assessments") against certain properties situate in certain unincorporated areas in the northern portion of the County to be serviced by the Project, the owners of which have consented thereto by executing a Wastewater Reservation and Consent to Special Assessment substantially in the form attached to Resolution No. 87-142. D. It is desirable to provide certain terms with regard to the Special Assessments and the Supplemental Special Assessments.
