RESOLUTION NO. 89- 140
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
DIRECTING COUNTY DEPOSITORIES TO HONOR CERTAIN
AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES ON COUNTY WARRANTS AND OTHER
ORDERS FOR PAYMENT,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Conxnissloners of Indian
River County on January 3, 1989, held ars election for the
offices of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the County Corrrnission did nominate and select
T1s Chairman, Cary C. Wheeler, and as Vire Chairman, Carolyn
K. Eggert; and
It'14EREAS, Jeffrey K. Barton was elected Cleric of the
Circuit Court of Indian River County affective Di'cember 31,
1988, and also staves as it Clerk to the Board of County
Coarnissioners, pursuant to ser, tion 12-,167, FlorI(Ia
Statutes; and
WHEREAS. It is now necessary to reirlStr'VCt the COUnte,,e,I

warrants, checks, or othor ordars for the payment of money

3. If a check, warrant, or other orders for the
payment of money drawn in the Commission's name exceeds the
sum of three thousand dollars (#3,000), said designated
depositories are authorized and directed to honor checks,
warrants, or other orders for the payment of money drawn in
the Commission's name, only when such check, warrant, or
other orders for the payment of money bears the facsimile
signature of the Chairman and Clerk of the Circuit Court and
further bears the original signature of either the Chairman,
Vice Chairman, Clerk of the Circuit Court, or Deputy Clerk,
listed below. Sold actual and facsimile signatures appear
