CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN PINE LAKE ESTATES AN UNRECORDED PLAT, A
COPY OF WHICH SAID PLAT IS RECORDED FOR REFERENCE IN 0,11 -
BOOK 123, PAGE 141, LOTS 1,2,3,4,& 29 BLOCK A, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
MIEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described
below, and
1YIIi3REAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the hoard of County Coimsls-
sioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
1) This release of easement Is executed by Indian
River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the: State
of Florida, whose mailing addreass is 1840 25th Street, Vero Reach,
Florida 32960, Grantor, to hose A. Sipula, her successors In
interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 216 A Keen
Terrace, Sebastian, Florida 32958, Grantee, as fallow";
Indian Rivet" County does hereby abandon all right,
title, and Interest that it may have In the following
described easements.

and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at
the Northeast corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the
Southeast ono -quarter of Section 21, 'township 31 South, Range
38 East, Indian River County, Florida, and run West along
the North line of said Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast
one-quarter, a distance of 2683.49 feet; thence run S
