INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 09- 160
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS SU3STANTIALLY
COMPLETE CERTAIN ADDITIONS, EXTENSIONS,
AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMBINED WATER
AND SEWER SYSTEM OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, LOCATED IN THE GIFFORD AREA OF
THE COUNTY, AND ACCEPTING THE BENT PINE
UTILITY SYSTEM AS PART OF THE COMBINED
WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING AS SUB-
STANTIALLY COMPLETE CERTAIN ADDITIONS,
EXTENSIONS, AND IMPROVEMENTS THERETO AS
PART OF THE COMBINED WATER AND SEWER
SYSTEM OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND SPECIFYING THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board hereby officially accepts as
substantially complete certain additions, extensions, and
improvements to the combined water and sewer system of
Indian River County, Florida, located in the Gifford area of
the county, and accepts the Bent Pine Utility System as part
of the combined water and sewer system of Indian River
County, Florida, and accepts as substantially complete
certain additions, extensions, and improvements thereto as
part of the combined water and sewer system of Indian River
County, Florida.
2. This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner
Bird , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner
E22ert-- _ and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows:
Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye
Vice -Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye
Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye
Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Absent
Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly
passed and adopted this 19 day of December, 1909.
