WHEREAS, BERTRAM J. BEUAY has made application for the
vacation Of Unit It Bell-Aycres, tie recorded in Plat Nook 6, page 59, public
records of Indian River County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, the Board Of County Commissioners of Indian Rive•
County, Florida, deems It In the best public interest that said Plat be vacated
i� in whole; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that In accordance with Paragraph 192. 30, Florida
Statutes of 1965, the entire Plat known as Unit 1, Bell -Ayres, as recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 59, public records of Indian River County, Florida, and
more particularly described as bein, e a subdivision of the East 324.0 feet of
the V, est 496.0 feet of Tract 2, 3ection 16, Township 33 South, Range 39 East,
as shown on the last general Plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Co. in
Plat Book 2, page 25, -St. Lucie County public records, now lying and being in
,Indian River County, Florida, BE VACAT17M AND SLT ASIDE.
