`,VHEl3UAS, by the provisions of Chapter 61-2272, Laws of
Florida, Acts of 1961, the I3oaxci of Coaanty ComnsissioneWrs of Indian River
County, Florida, to authorized and enipowvered to adopt rules and re ulationG
limiting, restricting or prohibiting the ope ation of motor vehicles ui n any
and all or any part of the public beaches located in lndian River_ County,
Florida, and,
tr HERHAS, pursuant to said authority, this Loaarcl adopts the rules
and regallations hereinafter set forth, after having given due consideration to
the necessity for such rules and regulations and atter havingy found and deter
mind that the health, welfare and safety of the people of Indian River County,
Florida, require that such rules and re ulaations be adopted; Now, therefore,

Indian River County, Florida:
Section 1. For the Purpose of this Resolution, certain terms
and words are defined as follows:

and 6:00 P. M,
