of incorporated cities or towns is hereby i1xed and determtoW as follow":
1. The place of business of any vendor of alcoholic beverages
must be located in a district or zone where the general type of retail business`
in which the vendor is principally engaged Is sdeclilcally permitted by the
general zoning resolution of the county.
2. This Board does hereby establish the following z*nes or areas
wherein vendors of alcoholic beverages other than vendors licensed under
paragraph (0) of subsection (1) of Section 561. :33, Norlda 6tatutes (vendors
of alcoholic malt beverages comn,oaly known as beer for consumption off the
premises only) are prohibited front locating their places of business:
(a) All of the area lying within 2,340 feet North and lying
within 2,340 feet oouth of the centerline described as follows. Begin at the
Intersection W, Mate Road 5, also kaown as U. 3. 11 Ipway No. 1, and
'the Nlorth Gifford Road and Elicace VVest along the ceaterflao of the N,)rth
Gifford Road a distance of three-fourths of one mile.
(b) All that area kaowu as Graves Addition to V,abasso
according to Plat thereof recorded in I'lat Boot; 2, page 41, in the office of the
Clerk, of the Circuit (.ourt of Injla;j 1kiver i,,,'Otjjjty, Plorlda.

(b) Where such established church or school. Is located in a
county outside the limits of any incorporated city or town but so near the
Ilmltas of one that under the ordinances of that city or town such a vendor in
such City or town could receive a license within a distance less than 2,1500
feet of such church or school, than and in that event, tite place of business of
such a vendor in this county outside any city or town may be the sante or a
greater distance from such church or school as any such vendor duty
licensed within such city or town.
Should a church or school be established after the establishment
of a place of business o any vendor far the sale of alcoholic beverages, the
subsequently established church or school shall not affect the location of the
place of business of any such vendor nor shall it affect a subsequent renewal
or transfer of any license of such a vendor.
