WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County,

Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending change
and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian Rivet ° County, Florida; and, ,

WHEREAS, this Board diel publish its notice of said recommended,

changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing In
relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now,

j therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of

Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows.
t 1. That the Zoning Resolution be amended by adding thereto a
new paragraph to be numbered 23, under Section 16, General Provisions, to
if be as follows:
Airport Height Limitations: No structure shall be erected
at a height in excess of those delineated on the Approach
and Zoning Plan of the Vero Beach Municipal Airport
approved by the City of Vero Beach April 2:1, 1964.
3 All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Resolution.
